TOOTH GEM FAQs:
How long does the tooth gem process take?
Approximately 8 minutes to apply the gem plus consultation for a total of around 15-20 minutes.
Does the process hurt & will it harm my tooth?
No.This is a non-invasive, non-abrasive, painless process bonding to the enamel similar to an orthodontic bracket, leaving the tooth intact and unharmed.
How long will it last?
Tooth Gem will last approximately 3 to 24 months depending on the jewel choice and individual's tooth enamel. The average is 3 months, and they can last even longer than 24 months, but truly, the lifespan will depend on the individual, everyone's dental situation and lifestyle is different.
We can only apply on natural teeth. Gold and diamond charms, and certain design choices may have a shorter life-span due to the weight of the jewels and the type of design created.
Can I still brush my teeth normally?
Yes. There is no need to change your normal dental hygiene regimen, although, we recommend not using an electric toothbrush. It is also safe to have your teeth professionally cleaned.
Can I eat/drink right after my Tooth Gem is applied?
No. You should wait 60 minutes before consuming anything to ensure your Tooth Gem sets properly.
Do you have any guarantees?
Yes. If your Tooth Gem crystal falls off a natural tooth within 3 months we will one-time replace your Tooth Gem crystal at no additional cost within the guarantee period.

TEETH WHITENING FAQs:
How often should I whiten my teeth?
After you've completed the recommended in office chairside whitening sessions, we suggest you follow up with additional treatments every 6-12 months depending on your hygiene and stain causing food/drink consumption habits.
Can I reach my whitening goal with just one whitening session?
Again, everyone's teeth are different, results will vary, and it will depend on your starting shade. We recommend two to three 30-minute in office chairside whitening sessions, for most people, to achieve the best results.
How white can my teeth get?
Everyone's teeth are different so results will vary depending on your starting shade, intake of stain causing food and beverages, and overall oral health. Please also understand that teeth can only be whitened to a certain shade and cannot get whiter than your genetic makeup
What if I have tooth gems currently or want to get one, will the whitening ruin my tooth gems?
No. Although we recommend getting your teeth whitened before you get a tooth gem, the teeth whitening treatment will not harm your tooth gems.
If I want to get teeth whitening and a tooth gem do I have to book an appointment for both?
No, you don't have to book an appointment for each service unless you plan to do one service one day and the other service another day.
